The “Rude Boy” Songstress premiered her lingerie fashion line “Savage x Fenty” at Barclay’s Center during New York Fashion Week. The show was taped and is available now exclusively on Amazon Prime.

The show featured performances by Big Sean, Migos, and DJ Khaled. BASSic Black Entertainment CEO Adam Blackstone was Musical Director along side long-time friend and colleague, Omar Edwards.

The Roots’ ‘The Tipping Point’ To Be Reissued For 15th Anniversary

On highlights like “Star,” “Don’t Say Nuthin’” and “Guns Are Drawn,” the Roots did what they do best: blending multifarious influences from soul, funk and jazz music, funneled through a canny social conscience and kinetic musicians: bassists Adam Blackstone and Leonard “Hub” Hubbard, guitarists Anthony Tidd, “Captain” Kirk Douglas and Martin Luther, keyboardists Kamal and Omar Edwards and more, helmed by producers Questlove and Scott Starch. The album samples Sly & the Family Stone (“Everybody is a Star” on “Star”), Al Hirt (“Harlem Hendoo” on “Stay Cool” and the Rimshots (“Dance Girl” on “Web”).

Hosted by DC native, Regina Hall, she brought some of her hometown flair to the awards show stage! Opening the show with a Beyonce inspired performance of some of DC’s top Go-Go songs with DC’s legendary Go-Go artists!

Adam Blackstone, CEO of BASSic Black Entertainment, was once again entrusted to bring the night’s performance to LIFE! With full #BBE band in tow, Adam and the team had the audience on their feet!
