“The Greatest Showman” Soundtrack

The Greatest Showman is a 2017 American period musical drama film directed by Michael Gracey, written by Jenny Bicks and Bill Condon and starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson and Zendaya. The film is inspired by the story of how P. T. Barnum started the Barnum & Bailey Circus and the lives of its attractions.

“The Greatest Showman”, in theaters December 20, 2017, has been nominated for 3 Golden Globe awards including “Best Original Song – Motion Picture”  BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone, was Band Leader & Bassist for the movie’s soundtrack.

Young Jeezy Debuts New Single on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Young Jeezy stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform music off of his newly released album “Pressure”.  The new single “Like Them” featuring Tory Lanez was a hit with the “Late Show” audience.

BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone, was musical director for the performance and supplied the #BBE band to keep the crowd on their feet!

Eminem Performs Live on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live”

BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone, coordinated yet another stellar concert with the BBE All-Star band! “A California Christmas At The Grove” hosted by Derek Hough featured performances by American Idol alums Jordin Sparks, Reuben Studdard and more!

Derek Hough hosted the christmas show led by musical director Adam Blackstone & The BBE All-Star band performances by Band of Merrymakers, Jordan Fisher, Jordin Sparks, In Real Life, Preacher Lawson, Agnez Mo, Ruben Studdard and the “Dancing With the Stars”Professional Dancers. The event had renditions of classic Christmas music by special guests, Santa Claus’ arrival at The Grove, lighting of Christmas tree, The season’s first snowfall and the fireworks grand finale.

Eminem Performs at The 2017 MTV European Music Awards

Eminem took the stage to perform “Walk on Water” opening up the 2017 MTV European Music Awards. The song, originally recorded with Beyonce, was performed with singer/songwriter Skylar Gray and full BBE band! Adam Blackstone was Musical Director of the performance.

Tidal X Brooklyn

Another year, another Tidal X Brooklyn at Barclay’s Center featuring the hottest hip hop artist of today!

Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Cardi B just to name a few all joined forces to perform for a good cause. The proceeds for this year’s Tidal X concert went to Hurricane Reliefs efforts across the country and internationally.

Adam Blackstone, CEO of BASSic Black Entertainment, was the Musical Director for the concert and hand picked his #BBE All-Star band that he knew would rise to the occasion to support all these amazing artists!

Jay-Z performs on the 43rd Season Premiere of NBC’s Saturday Night Live!

Jay-Z is no stranger to the “SNL” stage as he’s performed on several other occasions. This one, however, took a special meaning as he gave an emotional performance of his latest single off of his recently released album “4:44”.

“A Concert for Charlottesville: An Evening of Musical Unity”

The effects of the Charlottesville protest were not only felt in the stage of Virginia but across the world. Several celebrities took to social media and other public outlets to express their heart-felt sympathy toward the victims of the protest and the state of our country as a whole. Dave Matthews, of the Dave Matthews Band, hosted the charity event “A Concert for Charlottesville: An Evening of Musical Unity” and is also a Virginia Native.

Performers included, Pharrell, Ariana Grande, The Roots, and #BBE Client Justin Timberlake. BASSic Black Entertainment CEO, Adam Blackstone, and JT’s band “The Tennessee Kids” were all there to support the cause.
